Shipping

We currently offer shipping throughout the State of Hawaii and to Alaska and the Continental U.S for online shop orders! 

If you are currently living outside of the U.S, please email us directly at sales@pop-hawaii.com to inquire about ordering products, item availability, and other shipping options available.

Pickups

We are pleased to offer FREE in store pickups at POP Fishing & Marine’s Oahu and Maui locations! Stop by the cashier’s desk just inside the glass front doors and provide your confirmation email to collect your order.

Orders received by 1:00 pm will be available for pick up the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be available for pick up in two business days. Orders will be held for pickup for two business days. Any orders not picked up will be canceled, refunded, and restocked to allow other customers an opportunity to purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

No returns or exchanges after 30 days. All returns or exchanges are subject to manager approval. Return or exchange must be accompanied by proof of purchase and in original condition or packaging to be a store credit. No returns will be accepted on items that are discontinued, clearance, managers special, special order, cut, electrical, perishable, and can be altered hygienically by use, such as fins and snorkels. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.

Defective items are subject to manufacturer inspection and warranty period. Certain manufacturers require customers to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues.
