Refund policy

No returns or exchanges after 30 days. All returns or exchanges are subject to manager approval. Return or exchange must be accompanied by proof of purchase and in original condition or packaging to be a store credit. No returns will be accepted on items that are discontinued, clearance, managers special, special order, cut, electrical, perishable, and can be altered hygienically by use, such as fins and snorkels. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.

Defective items are subject to manufacturer inspection and warranty period. Certain manufacturers require customers to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
