The 2nd generation PENN® Battalion® II series, by demand, now offers an Ulua rod that is specifically designed to combat fishing from the rocks and surf. This 13-foot workhorse is built with heavy duty components. Composite blanks, Caxin Indestructible guides, Fuji® reel seats, and our tough and tacky rubber shrink tube handles prepare angers for any challenge from the surf.
